Urban design of waterfront in Třebíč

Zadáním diplomové práce je urbanistický návrh nábřeží řeky Jihlavy v Třebíči, která protéká středovou částí města, a stává její součástí. Vnitřní město i povodí řeky je vklíněno do údolí, které je tvořeno skalnatým terénem. Řešené území protíná několik částí města Třebíče – Stařečku, Vnitřní město, Zámostí a Podklášteří. Území je vymezeno z jihu průtahem města a autobusovým nádražím přes ulici Sucheniovu, a dále komunikací na ulici Smila Osovského. Ze severu je území lemováno skalnatým terénem, památkovou zónou, která je zapsaná na seznam Unesco – Židovské město, podzámeckou nivou až po letní plavecký areál Polanka. Výsledným řešením je revitalizace území a přeměna na atraktivní městskou strukturu nabízející prostory pro zájmové aktivity široké skupině lidí, kteří na území bydlí, ale i dočasným návštěvníkům. Řešené území je členěné na několik úseku - úsek v blízkosti koupaliště Polanka, dále úsek stávajícího autobusového nádraží a podél pravého břehu řeky. Hlavní myšlenkou a cílem je vzájemné propojení všech částí, dotvoření městské struktury v návaznosti na původní strukturu zástavby. Nová zástavba je převážně obytného charakteru, doplněna o administrativní a komerční plochy v prvních třech podlažích. Tato administrativní část zároveň vytváří protihlukovou stěnu od hlavního průtahu města. Čisté plochy určené k bydlení jsou lokalizovány v západní části Stařečky podél řeky. Orientace bytů reaguje na kladný potenciál řeky Jihlavy, která nám vytváří příjemný vizuální vjem, proto na jsou na sever orientovány klidové zóny pokojů. Podél břehů řeky Jihlavy je navržena klidová zóna se sportovně – rekreačním charakterem. Dochází ke střídání pasivních a aktivních zón. V bezprostřední blízkosti jsou plochy určeny k bydlení, k rekreaci a odpočinku. Nosným cílem je vazba lidí k vodní ploše a dotvoření veřejného prostranství kolem toku.The thesis of my dissertation is an urban design of waterfront of Jihlava river in Třebíč, which runs through the center of the city and becomes its part. The inner city and the river basin are wedged into the valley, which is formed by a rocky terrain. The territory I am dealing with concerns several parts of Třebíč – Stařečka, the Inner Town, Zámostí and Podklášteří. This area is defined from the south by an arterial road and the bus station across the Suchniova street, and the main road on the Smila Osovského street. From the north, this area is lined by a rocky terrain, conservation area – the Jewish town which is registered on a UNESCO World Heritage List, under chateau meadow, continuing up to the summer swimming area Polanka. The outcome of this thesis is a total revitalization of described area and transformation of this town into an attractive Down structure that would offer a wide range of leisure activities, not only for people living in this territory but for tourists as well. The described territory is divided into several parts – the part in proximity to the outdoor swimming pool Polanka, then the part concerning the bus station and the right riverside. The main idea is to interconnect these parts and to komplete the urban structure following the original structure of the buildings. The new buildings would be mostly residential, with commercial and administrative areas on the first three floors. This administrative part also creates some sort of noise barrier from the arterial road. Clean areas intended for living are localized along the riverside in the western part of Stařečka. The flat orientation responds to the calm potential of Jihlava river, which creates a pleasant visual perception. Therefore, the quiet rooms are orientated to the north. Along the banks of the Jihlava river is proposed a quiet zone with both sport and recreational character, which helps changes of passive and active zones. In a close proximity of these

Woman´s Clothing Factory

Bakalářská práce „Výroba dámské konfekce“ je zpracována ve formě architektonické a konstrukční studie a projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby obsahující všechny náležitosti dle platných předpisů. Navržený objekt je umístěn v městské části Brno – Židenice při ulici Rokytova. Celá stavba má působit kompaktním dojmem. Objekt je navržen pro módní značku Miu Miu. Z tohoto taky pramení celý koncept projektu. Stavba má být jednoduchá, s prvky minimalismu, výrazná barevnost a kontrast, přesto zachována elegantní forma. Jedná se o výrobní halu, zaměřenou na značkovou dámskou konfekci. Objekt je orientován jihozápadně, zasazen do mírně svažitého terénu. Stavba je třípodlažní. Svým charakterem jde o monolitický železobetonový skelet, doplněn o výplňové zdivo Ytong. Stavba je rozčleněna do několika provozních částí. V přízemní části stavby se nachází výrobní, skladovací a technický provoz. Ve 2. nadzemním podlaží jsou pak navrženy prostory vzduchotechniky a kanceláře se sociálním zařízením. Ve 3. nadzemním podlaží se nachází stravovací provoz, doplněn o sociální a hygienické zázemí a administrativní část.The bachelor thesis " WOMAN´S CLOTHING FACTORY" is processed in the form of architectural and engineering studies and project documentation for construction of this building. It contains all the requirements needed in accordance with valid regulations. The designed object is located in the city district Brno - Zidenice, on the Rokytova street. The whole building is supposed to cause a compact impression. The building is designed for the fashion brand Miu Miu. This fact reflects the whole concept of the project. On one hand, the building is supposed to be simple, with the elements of minimalism, variety of colors and contrast, but on the other hand, an elegant form of this building is preserved. This building is a factory building, focusing on the women's designer clothing. The object is orientated south-west, it is set into a deeply sloping terrain and it has three floors. Its character is monolithic reinforced concrete frame, which is complemented with masonry filling Ytong. The building is divided into several operating parts. The manufacturing, storage and technical plants are located on the ground floor. The air conditioning and office facilities are located on the second floor. The catering plant, together with social and sanitary facilities and administrative part are located on the third floor.
